1. You fill out a quote form
⚠️ Before filling out a Quote, please make sure you are familiar with the starting prices listed in the main window.
📝 By filling out the Quote form, you are not obligated to buy. You will receive a reference price 💰, and we will continue with the process from there. ✅
2. You will get the reference price
🚚 Reference price does not include shipping. The price is an estimate and may change if more details are added to the costume.
✅ If you are interested in your reference price, we can continue with the detail part.
3. Detail collection
📄 We will send you a document file with all the needed information, including your arm length 📏, waist size 📐, payment method 💳, and whether you want to pay the full price for free shipping 🚚 or choose a payment plan 📆.
📝 After all your details are collected, we will send you an invoice via PayPal or your chosen payment method.
⚠️ Caution! We will not start working on your product if there is no deposit or the order is not paid for. ❌
4. Payment and Refund policy
💰 We will not begin working on your product until payment has been received. If you need to postpone the payment, we understand and will wait ⏳—but we will not start working.
❌ About Refunds:
We do not provide refunds as the costume is custom-made 🎭. However, you can cancel the process before we start.
5.Finishing touches
📩 We will reach out to you with the finished product 🎭, and if you want to add anything else, you can provide the details you’d like to attach.
